Toronto, ON – [Salary commensurate with experience]
Brookfield Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relationship Management (CRM) Analyst/Associate to join their Family Office client coverage group in Toronto. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global asset management firm and support a diverse set of initiatives related to client relations and capital raising efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client service to both current and prospective family office investors
- Maintain Brookfield’s internal CRM system (SalesForce)
- Support the Family Office team on deliverables, including preparing briefing notes and materials for LP meetings
- Liaise with Brookfield Investor Relations and other internal teams
- Collect and analyze data on investors and prospective investors
- Coordinate and complete ad-hoc requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct industry and client-specific research
- Work with the Canadian Family Office team to originate new client investment activity
- Facilitate broad investor communication initiatives
- Assist with conference and meeting planning
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in business or finance with an excellent academic background
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience in the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and capital markets
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, PPT, and Excel) and SalesForce
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and share knowledge
