Paychex is seeking a PEO Implementation Benefit Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the implementation process for new PEO clients. This includes coordinating the efforts of the implementation team, onboarding employees, and ensuring a smooth transition to Paychex systems.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation process
- Manage client employee benefit onboarding
- Create and manage implementation timelines
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and resolve potential risks
- Provide regular status reports to management
- Ensure a smooth transition of clients to ongoing service
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in client onboarding
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must reside in the Eastern Time Zone and be willing to travel
