Baladna, a leading dairy company in the region, is currently seeking a talented Assistant Supervisor – Feed Production to join their team in QA. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the feeding program for the entire herd, ensuring optimal nutritional health and maximizing dairy production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Feed Program: Drive the performance of the feed unit and ensure that all animals receive the necessary nutrition for optimal health and productivity.
- Ration Formulation: Assist in the formulation of balanced rations that meet the specific nutritional needs of the herd, considering factors such as age, stage of production, and overall health.
- Bunk Management: Implement effective bunk management practices to ensure consistent feed intake and minimize feed wastage.
- Data Management: Accurately record and analyze feed data, including ration formulations, feed inventories, and global factors, to optimize feeding efficiency.
- Team Supervision: Lead and supervise the feed unit team, ensuring that all employees are trained, motivated, and working towards common goals.
