Function: Network Planning Development
Job Purpose:
- Expand Bajaj Auto’s market reach by monitoring and increasing industry and geographic coverage.
- Analyze and share network health reports regularly.
- Continuously improve processes for dealer appointment, review, and termination.
- Identify underperforming dealers and facilitate reviews by headquarters.
- Implement relevant CI standards at customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with field teams to gather industry data and propose network plans.
- Collaborate with LOI holders and vendors to ensure timely completion of primary network plans.
- Regularly report on network plan versus actual performance, both location-wise and coverage-wise.
- Utilize profitability tools to identify optimal network elements for specific locations.
- Identify key states and dealers for headquarters review.
- Create, implement, and maintain review records.
- Prepare and distribute periodic management reports on ability scorecards and own fund deployment percentages.
- Maintain a dynamic repository of primary and secondary network information.
Job Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: Essential: Management or Business Administration; Preferred Institution: IIMs or equivalent.
- Work Experience: Minimum 3 years, maximum 8 years.
- Industry Specification: Automobile, Auto Components, Consumer Durables.
- Age: Minimum 25, maximum 30.
- Travel: Approximately 25% travel required.
