About the Role:
As a PB L3 – Network Development (T), you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our network reach and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and expanding network access: Ensuring optimal industry and geographic coverage.
- Collating and disseminating network health reports: Providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Continuously improving processes: Streamlining dealer appointment, review, and termination procedures.
- Identifying underperforming dealers: Proactively addressing issues and facilitating reviews.
- Implementing CI standards: Ensuring consistency and excellence in customer interactions.
Key Requirements:
- Educational Background: A Master’s degree in Management or Business Administration from a reputable institution is preferred.
- Work Experience: Minimum 3-8 years of experience in the automobile, auto components, or consumer durables industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in planning, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and management reporting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical mindset.
- Business Development: Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of our brand, business, and product offerings.
- Process Understanding: Familiarity with dealership operations, appointment, termination, replacement, and agreement processes.
- Behavioral Competencies: Demonstrated ability to continuously raise the bar, achieve results with speed, and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Network Planning: Coordinating with the field to develop and implement comprehensive network plans.
- Network Expansion: Collaborating with LOI holders and vendors for timely completion of primary network plans.
- Performance Analysis: Providing regular reports on network plan versus actual performance.
- Network Optimization: Identifying the most suitable network elements for specific locations.
- Dealer Focus: Identifying key states and dealers for targeted review and development.
- Review Management: Creating, implementing, and maintaining review processes.
- Reporting: Collating and disseminating periodic management reports on performance metrics.
- Network Maintenance: Maintaining a dynamic repository of primary and secondary network information.
