What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Rep Intern, you’ll be an integral part of a dynamic sales organization. You’ll receive comprehensive training, shadow experienced sales professionals, and gain hands-on experience in lead qualification, opportunity management, and customer relationship building.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with a mentor to learn the ropes
- Qualify leads and transition opportunities
- Contact customers through various channels
- Manage a database of leads in Salesforce.com
- Identify and pursue additional revenue opportunities
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be currently enrolled in a full-time degree program with an expected graduation date of December 2025 or later
- A mix of previous internship, school project, volunteer, and leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Majoring or enrolled in a Professional Selling Program
- Participation in a Collegiate sales competition
- Familiarity with general sales processes and methodologies
- Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce.com
About the Internship:
- 12-week program (May 19 – August 8 or June 16 – September 5)
- Paid internship
- Flexible workplace approach (office, remote, or hybrid)
Salary:
- $47,840 – $95,680 (undergraduate students)
- $72,800 – $118,500 (Masters/MBA students)
- $118,560 – $162,240 (PhD students)
