Minneapolis, MN – Ameriprise Financial, a leading financial services company, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Field Registered Principal to join their team in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services industry and a proven track record of success in sales and supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line supervision to advisor practices.
- Supervise registered representatives and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct training and communicate findings to advisors and leadership.
- Manage an Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Series 7, Series 65/66, and Series 24 licenses.
- 5-7 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of broker-dealer regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of Ameriprise Financial products and services.
- Familiarity with Ameriprise Financial compliance policies.
Compensation:
- $96,000 – $105,000 base salary.
