Job Description:

The Auto Claims team at Allstate is looking for a dedicated Manager, Claims Estimate & Repair Verification to join their team. Reporting to the Delivery Director National Auto Claims, you will be responsible for leading a team of Auto Claim Advisors and Senior Auto Claim Advisors.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage a team: Oversee the daily operations of your team, ensuring they meet performance targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Provide leadership: Offer guidance and support to your team members, helping them develop their skills and advance their careers.
  • Analyze data: Use data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the claims process.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with regional directors and other team members to achieve shared objectives.
  • Ensure compliance: Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements and best practices in the claims industry.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of Auto Claim experience
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience
  • Enrolled in, or completion of, CIP designation
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle conflict resolution opportunities including complex issues
  • An in-depth understanding and working knowledge of Claims Best Practices
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel and Tableau
  • Advance knowledge of Legal and Regulatory requirements such as Provincial Insurance Acts
  • Strong working knowledge of foundational management systems; Continuous Improvement, Agile, Change Management
