Al-Ahleia Insurance is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Insurance Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling all types of insurance products (Retail & Corporate), studying all the procedures/conditions of each policy, and answering all queries from clients.
Responsibilities:
- Sell all types of Insurance products (Retail & Corporate)
- Study all the procedures/conditions of each policy
- Able to answer all queries from clients
- Able to prepare all required reports either daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly to be given to the Branch Manager
- Follow-up on the current clients
- Find new clients
- Oversee the team’s progress to ensure they meet the goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in MS Office
- Bilingual (English & Arabic – Read, Write and Speak)
- 3 Years Experience in Insurance Sales
- Well spoken English
- Presentable
- Leadership & Teamwork skills
- Communication skills
- Public Relation skills in Insurance in Kuwait
- Problem Solving skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Sales skills with regard to retail and corporate business
- Building good relationship with clients
- Remaining loyal to Company clients
