About the Role:
As a Specialist Solutions Architect, you will act as a trusted advisor to AI-focused customers, helping them design scalable AI solutions and overcome technical challenges. You’ll manage large-scale AI deployments involving hundreds to thousands of GPUs.
Responsibilities:
- Design customer-centric solutions aligned with strategic goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Deliver technical presentations, create whitepapers and manuals, and host webinars.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to address customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in MLOps engineering, Machine Learning engineering, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of ML ecosystems, models, use cases, and tooling.
- Proven experience setting up and optimizing distributed training pipelines.
- Expertise in deploying inference infrastructure.
- Ability to transition ML pipelines from POC to production.
- Hands-on knowledge of PyTorch or JAX.
- Excellent communication skills.
