What You’ll Do:
As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in supporting Relationship Managers (RMs) in providing exceptional service to business banking clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting RMs in achieving revenue targets
- Preparing credit applications and ensuring all documentation is complete
- Liaising with internal departments for smooth transaction processing
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and resolving client inquiries
- Educating clients about ADIB’s products and services
- Verifying and inspecting collateral to minimize credit risk
- Adhering to the bank’s policies and regulatory framework
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the banking industry
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of Islamic banking principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer applications and banking systems
- Customer service oriented with a passion for exceeding expectations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Cross-selling skills and problem-solving abilities
