The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve the company’s marketing and sales objectives. Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development and Execution:

    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • SEO/SEM Management:
    • Optimize website content and structure for search engines.
    • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
    • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
    • Track and analyze SEO/SEM performance and provide regular reports.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and manage social media content calendars and strategies.
    • Create engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
    • Monitor social media trends and implement effective social listening strategies.
    • Manage paid social media campains.
  • Email Marketing:
    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
    • Manage email lists and segmentation.
    • Analyze email marketing performance and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other relevant tools.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
    • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve results.
  • Content Creation and Management:
    • Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content.
    • Manage website content and ensure it is up-to-date and optimized.
    • Oversee blog, and video content creation.
  • Budget Management:
    • Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
    • Track and report on campaign spending and ROI.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to align marketing efforts.
    • Manage any freelance or agency relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
  • Strong understanding of USA market trends and consumer behaviors.
