About Znuny GmbH:
Znuny GmbH, a leading provider of open-source ticketing solutions, is seeking a skilled and motivated Znuny/OTRS Consultant to join our fully remote team. Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Berlin, we specialize in delivering exceptional support and consulting services for Znuny, formerly known as OTRS Community Edition. We pride ourselves on our commitment to providing long-term, reliable solutions that align with our clients’ business processes.
Role Overview:
As a Znuny/OTRS Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients by providing expert guidance and implementation of our ticketing solutions. You will be responsible for mapping business processes within Znuny/OTRS, conducting training sessions, and translating client requirements into actionable development templates. This role requires a strong understanding of ticketing systems, process design, and technical proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support to clients regarding Znuny and ((OTRS)) Community Edition.
- Analyze and map client business processes within the Znuny/OTRS framework.
- Implement and configure Znuny/OTRS solutions on-site or remotely.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions for clients.
- Gather and document client requirements to facilitate development processes.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Znuny/OTRS.
Required Qualifications:
- Completed degree or relevant professional training.
- Strong working knowledge of Znuny/OTRS.
- Proven experience in process design and documentation.
- Basic understanding of scripting languages.
- Proficiency in Linux environments.
- Experience with MySQL/MariaDB and/or PostgreSQL databases.
- Fluency in German Language is a must.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a 100% remote environment.
- A passion for open-source software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- LPIC Certification.
- System administration experience.
- Proficiency in English.
