What You’ll Do:

• Administer and develop internal training programs.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Update course catalogs, certificates, and publish training news.
• Create and deliver introductory training on various systems.
• Provide world-class customer service to internal stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements.

What You’ll Bring:

• Several years of experience in HR and training, including coordination and administrative tasks.
• Experience with LMS and HR systems.
• Proficiency in managing manual and automated processes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
• A proactive, solution-oriented, and team-player attitude.
• A university degree in a relevant field (e.g., communications) is a plus.
