Job Description:

As a Payroll Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring accurate and efficient payroll processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in monthly payroll audits.
• Driving process improvements using payroll analytics.
• Monitoring internal controls.
• Collaborating with Workforce Administration and Payroll Specialists.
• Handling complex payroll inquiries.
• Participating in projects.
• Partnering with third-party payroll providers.

Qualifications:

• Higher professional education.
• 2–5 years of experience in complex payroll processing in a multinational company.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel essential).
• SAP Payroll experience a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and good English skills.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
• Service and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent collaboration skills.
