Hygraph, a rapidly growing, globally distributed company, is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team remotely in Texas, USA. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by identifying and engaging potential mid-market and enterprise clients. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will be instrumental in generating new revenue pipelines through strategic prospecting, qualification, and consultation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and virtual/in-person events.
  • Effectively manage and qualify inbound leads, ensuring a consistent and robust pipeline.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients, conveying the value of Hygraph’s innovative headless CMS platform.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop targeted prospecting strategies and achieve shared sales goals.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospect pain points and demonstrate how Hygraph can provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities and interactions within our CRM system.
  • Contribute to the development of new sales and marketing strategies to consistently exceed monthly targets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an SDR in a SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to connect with prospects and build rapport.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and lead generation techniques.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.
  • A strong interest in technology and a desire to learn about innovative products.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Hunter mentality, and willing to be tenacious and creative in prospecting.
  • Willingness to learn new sales techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Spanish or French.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Lusha, or other prospecting tools.
