Bitovi, a leading provider of technology consulting services, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to drive revenue growth and expand our enterprise client base. We partner with recognizable brands, helping them build outcome-focused applications through a collaborative, validation-driven approach. Our fully remote team of 75+ developers and designers fosters a diverse and inclusive environment. We’re looking for someone who has a proven playbook for selling technology consulting services and a passion for solving client challenges.

As Sales Director, you will lead the development and execution of our sales strategy, focusing on acquiring new enterprise clients and nurturing existing relationships. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building a robust pipeline, and closing deals, while collaborating closely with our consulting team to ensure client success. This role requires a strong understanding of the technology consulting landscape, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term, trusted partnerships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Proactively identify, nurture, and close new business opportunities, focusing on enterprise clients.
  • Manage the sales process, applying best practices for technology services sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and aligning our services accordingly.
  • Collaborate with Principal Consultants to expand business opportunities with current clients.
  • Ensure alignment across Bitovi on messaging, service offerings, and client engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with management and marketing to develop a compelling value proposition and determine pricing.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports and forecasts using CRM software.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and new business opportunities.
  • Potentially manage or supervise team members.
  • Travel required (approximately 25%).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of sales experience in technology professional services.
  • Proven track record of finding and pursuing new clients in the professional services space.
  • Experience crafting and negotiating deals with enterprise clients.
  • Experience delivering technology services is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
