Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) is looking for a Systems Officer to join their Global Business Services (GBS) team. If you have a passion for technology and customer service, and are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, then this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
As a Systems Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to ADCB employees. This will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving incidents, and escalating problems to Level 2 support as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and contributing to key reporting.
What You’ll Need:
- At least 2 years of experience working in a Banking environment, of which at least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role or IT Service Desk
- Bachelor’s Degree specializing in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
