Responsibilities:
- Define and Prioritize: Identify customer pain points, define product goals, and establish success metrics to guide product development efforts.
- Lead Product Discovery: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to uncover insights that inform product strategy and roadmap.
- Collaborate & Align: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and data science, to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Drive Innovation: Embrace a data-driven approach to test, measure, and iterate on product features, continuously improving and optimizing performance.
- Communicate Effectively: Present product vision, strategies, and updates to stakeholders across the organization, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Stay Informed: Maintain a deep understanding of the real estate industry, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing products from concept to launch in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform product decisions and drive growth.
- Proficiency in modern product discovery and management methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and building consensus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Keen strategic vision and the ability to influence without direct authority.
