Your Role:
As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be a key player in our growth strategy. You’ll:
- Lead cold outreach efforts (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to identify and engage potential customers.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for our sales executives.
- Represent Proton at industry events, building relationships with prospects.
- Nurture leads and provide exceptional customer service.
- Conduct in-depth research on target accounts to identify decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Use data to track and analyze your performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interest in the distribution industry.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning.
