About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent. You will also contribute to shaping Nutrient’s employer brand and establishing us as the preferred destination for exceptional engineers, product experts, and technical leaders. Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to develop and execute employer branding initiatives that showcase Nutrient’s culture, mission, and impact to the developer community.
• Design an engaging, transparent, and memorable candidate experience that reflects Nutrient’s collaborative and innovative values.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and executives to understand their team needs and develop targeted hiring strategies.
• Build relationships with developer communities, attend industry events, and leverage online platforms to connect with top talent.
• Continuously evaluate and refine hiring processes, tools, and strategies to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in technical recruitment, with experience hiring software engineers, DevOps specialists, product managers, and other technical roles in high-growth environments.
• Expertise in sourcing techniques and platforms, including GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, and niche developer communities.
• Experience in developing and implementing employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to measure recruitment success and inform strategies.
• Growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
