About the Role:
The Senior Compensation Manager will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs for the Americas region and global functions. This position reports to the Senior Director, Total Rewards, Americas and collaborates closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant pay practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation Program Administration: Manage and administer compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and recognition programs. Conduct job evaluations, analyze job levels, and provide salary recommendations.
- Market Analysis & Benchmarking: Conduct market research and participate in compensation surveys to ensure competitive pay practices. Perform annual market pricing and analyze industry trends.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze compensation trends, employee pay equity, and compliance with relevant regulations (FLSA, pay equity laws). Prepare data-driven insights for leadership and HR.
- Global Functions Support: Collaborate with global function leaders to address compensation needs, ensuring consistency across regions while balancing regional nuances.
- Policy Development & Compliance: Ensure compliance with regional and global pay regulations and organizational policies. Develop and update compensation policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation design and analysis (5+ years with an advanced degree).
- Experience with global compensation programs in a multinational organization.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday) and compensation benchmarking surveys.
- In-depth knowledge of FLSA, pay equity laws, and global compensation practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
