This is a fully remote position offering the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the success of mental health practitioners.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads campaigns for therapists, private practices, and mental health agencies.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience analysis to optimize campaign targeting and performance.
• Create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with the target audience and drive conversions.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide regular reports and insights to clients, demonstrating the value of your marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign implementation and client satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a strong understanding of paid search best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• A self-starter mentality and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine interest in the mental health field and a desire to contribute to the well-being of others.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with other digital marketing channels, such as social media advertising, SEO, and content marketing.
• Familiarity with website platforms like WordPress or Squarespace.
