We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our growing team. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing the product strategy for a cutting-edge mobile app. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and iteration. This is a remote position, and the ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research, analyze customer needs and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
- Define and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements and user stories.
- Maintain and groom the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the current priorities and roadmap.
- Embrace and champion Agile methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
- Effectively communicate product updates, roadmap changes, and key decisions to stakeholders across the organization.
- Track and analyze key product metrics to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform product decisions.
- Actively solicit and analyze customer feedback to understand user needs and identify areas for product enhancement.
- Continuously seek ways to improve product development processes and enhance product quality.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana), and data analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve product-related challenges.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
