Tidio, a leading AI-powered customer service platform, is searching for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to spearhead our Integrations ecosystem. This is a fully remote role within Europe, offering a competitive salary and the chance to make a real impact on a product used by millions globally.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Integrations Strategy: Own the roadmap for Tidio’s integrations, including API development, marketplace partnerships, and our software partner program.
- Drive AI Innovation: Collaborate with our Machine Learning team to develop real-time data solutions for our AI-powered chatbot, Lyro.
- Analyze and Optimize: Monitor key performance indicators, identify growth opportunities, and address challenges within the product-led growth model.
- Build and Communicate: Create detailed product documentation (business cases, epics, roadmaps) and effectively communicate plans and updates to stakeholders across the company.
- Team Leadership: Work closely with a dedicated team of engineers, designers, and QA specialists to bring your vision to life.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven Experience: A strong background as a Product Manager in a tech company, with a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape.
- Integrations Expertise: Hands-on experience in delivering at least two integrations from start to finish.
- Strategic Mindset: A data-driven approach to problem-solving and the ability to identify opportunities and drive implementation.
- Excellent Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Passion for Product: A genuine enthusiasm for building and improving products that users love.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience building or managing a software partner program
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS for SMBs/mid-market
