Love planning incredible travel experiences? Working Solutions is seeking skilled Travel Reservation Representatives to assist customers in crafting their dream vacations. This is a remote, independent contractor position offering the flexibility to create your own schedule.
What you’ll do:
- Plan and book domestic and international travel arrangements for clients, often involving high-value itineraries.
- Act as a brand ambassador, providing expert guidance and detailed information on various travel options.
- Answer customer inquiries, modify existing bookings, and handle cancellations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
What you’ll need:
- Essential: Proven experience in booking high-end travel (both domestic and international).
- Solid understanding of travel procedures and processes.
- Strong computer skills (Windows environment).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A dedicated home workspace, free from distractions.
- Specific technical requirements (detailed below).
Technical Requirements:
- Direct dial phone (cell or landline) with voicemail, call waiting, and call forwarding disabled during work hours.
- Wired headset compatible with your phone.
- Desktop computer (no tablets) with Windows 10 or 11.
- Broadband internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) – wired connection only.
- Microsoft Defender antivirus installed and updated.
- Wired USB headset with microphone (for training).
- Dual monitors (one with at least 1920×1080 resolution).
