About the Role
As Director of Operations Engineering, you will play a crucial role in leading and transforming our IT Operations and Corrections of Errors framework. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the stability, efficiency, and strategic growth of our IT operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, direction, and execution of IT Operations and Corrections of Errors functions.
- Transform, enhance, and expand the Correction of Errors framework.
- Develop and implement an Operational Excellence strategy.
- Oversee the health of our production environments.
- Leverage data analytics and machine learning for continuous improvement.
- Manage a high-performing team of engineers.
- Partner with stakeholders across the enterprise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT operations, cloud technologies, or related areas.
- 5+ years of experience managing large teams.
- Strong understanding of AWS and traditional infrastructure.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
