What You’ll Do:
As the second marketer on the team, you’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to strategize and execute growth initiatives across multiple channels. This includes:
- Paid and Organic Growth: Develop and implement strategies across various channels, including paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, and email campaigns.
- Data-Driven Approach: Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-backed decisions to optimize results.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Bring innovative ideas to the table and find resourceful solutions to marketing challenges.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality written content for marketing materials, website updates, and other initiatives.
What You’ll Need:
- 2-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the B2B SaaS space.
- A strong understanding of marketing fundamentals across various disciplines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written communication and the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
- A self-starter attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
