Project Management Director (Remote)

Sanctuary Computer is a design, branding, and engineering studio known for its work with top-tier clients like Stripe, Nike, and Google. They’re seeking an experienced Project Management Director to lead and mentor their team of “Project Leads” – designers and developers who manage client communication and project planning.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a less hierarchical environment and enjoys empowering creatives to excel. You’ll be responsible for fostering a culture of proactive project leadership, ensuring successful project delivery, and coaching team members on project management best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate a strong project management culture
• Oversee project delivery and quality
• Coach and mentor team members on project management skills
• Manage resourcing and staffing for optimal utilization
• Develop and refine project management processes
• Prioritize designer/developer well-being and growth
• Contribute to studio strategy and growth initiatives
• Serve as a client point of contact

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of end-to-end project management experience (design & development)
• Experience in a client services environment with a client-facing role
• Proven success managing web/mobile projects with budgets over $200k
• Experience coaching and mentoring project managers
• Ability to lead resourcing and staffing decisions for teams of 10+
• Located between PST (UTC-8) and CET (UTC+2)
