Madeo Studio, an award-winning creative agency specializing in social impact projects, is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Digital Designer to join their fully remote team.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design of high-profile websites for impactful organizations, along with engaging microsites and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with content strategists, designers, project managers, and developers to bring projects to life.
- Conduct research, develop wireframes, and establish the creative direction for websites and digital initiatives.
- Translate designs into UI kits and style guides to ensure consistency and inform web development.
- Present design concepts and articulate your vision to clients.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience designing high-quality websites for clients.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your web design expertise.
- Experience leading web design projects within a team environment.
- Excellent communication and client presentation skills.
- A passion for social impact and working with progressive non-profit organizations.

- Experience in graphic and brand identity design.
- Experience managing other designers.
