HiveMQ, a leading provider of enterprise-grade MQTT solutions for IoT, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential customers, driving pipeline growth, and contributing to our ambitious revenue goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate Qualified Leads: Conduct thorough research and utilize various outreach strategies (email, phone, social media) to connect with potential customers, understand their needs, and determine if HiveMQ is the right fit.
- Drive Sales Pipeline: Schedule compelling discovery meetings for Account Executives by effectively communicating HiveMQ’s value proposition and sparking prospect interest.
- Develop Outreach Strategies: Continuously refine and improve email and social media outreach strategies to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with Account Executives to support their sales efforts and ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
- Stay Informed: Maintain a strong understanding of HiveMQ’s solutions, the competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Embrace a Growth Mindset: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and actively seek opportunities to learn and improve.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey technical concepts.
- Prospecting Prowess: Proven ability to conduct outbound prospecting and generate leads through various channels.
- Resilience and Persistence: A positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection and learn from setbacks.
- Curiosity and Problem-Solving: A natural curiosity and a passion for finding solutions to challenges.
- Team Player: A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively within a remote team environment.
- Technical Aptitude: A basic understanding of software solutions and the ability to grasp technical concepts.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn, or similar tools.
- 1-2 years of experience in an SDR or similar role.
- Availability to work CST/EST hours.
