Job Description:

The Digital Transformation Officer will play a crucial role in supporting NBP’s digital banking initiatives. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in planning and execution of digital banking projects
  • Contributing to project documentation, reports, summaries, and progress tracking
  • Supporting basic data analysis and market research activities
  • Assisting in interpreting and presenting data findings
  • Staying updated on digital trends and innovations in banking
  • Assisting in user training sessions for new digital tools
  • Supporting change management activities related to digital initiatives
  • Liaising with stakeholders and keeping them informed
  • Coordinating with vendors/customers on projects and tasks
  • Gaining understanding of end-to-end digital products (e.g., debit cards, mobile app)
  • Familiarizing with local and global card payment schemes and regulations
  • Ensuring compliance with banking laws, regulations, and internal procedures

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field from a recognized university/college
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field or digital banking certifications preferred
  • Maximum age of 28 years as of the application deadline
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital banking, IT, e-commerce, fintech, or a related field
  • Preference given to candidates with skills/knowledge in mobile banking, internet banking, web portals, digital payments, agile project management, software development, quality assurance, etc.
