Job Description:

Are you a detail-oriented QA Engineer passionate about web technology and staying up-to-date with the latest trends? Collaboration.Ai is seeking a remote QA Engineer to join their growing team. In this role, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring their collaboration and innovation software products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the digital product team to ensure test plans reflect product requirements.
• Develop and execute comprehensive manual and specialized test strategies for various product aspects.
• Strive to become an expert user of Collaboration.Ai’s products and their functionalities.
• Assist in debugging and identifying root causes of production issues.
• Maintain and execute test plans and requirement matrices effectively.
• Learn and apply testing methodologies to validate data for front-end and back-end systems.
• Analyze, identify, and report software defects using bug-tracking tools.
• Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and compatibility testing.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of QA Engineer experience, ideally with digital technology companies.
• Strong understanding of web technologies and software engineering best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for staying up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in the QA field.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile, collaborative, and fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Comfort holding oneself and others accountable for high-quality production systems.

Bonus Skills (not required but a plus):

• Experience with React, Next.js, Node, Typescript, and graph databases (Gremlin, Neptune).
• Experience with test automation toolsets.
• Experience with container-based development and deployments.
• Solid understanding of AI/Machine Learning concepts (LLMs & Embeddings).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and services like AWS.
