The Punjab Human Capital Investment Project: A Catalyst for Change

Your Opportunity to Make a Difference: Available Positions

PMIU-PESRP is currently seeking qualified individuals to fill the following positions:

1. Database Analyst

Do you possess a strong background in computer science or information technology? Are you proficient in database management and analysis? If so, the Database Analyst position might be the perfect fit for you!

  • Responsibilities:
    • Designing, developing, and maintaining databases for the project.
    • Managing and analyzing project data using SQL and other relevant tools.
    • Generating reports and visualizations to support decision-making.
    • Ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Qualifications:
    • Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognized university.
    • Additional certifications in SQL, database administration, or advanced data analysis are a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 4 years of verifiable experience as a database analyst.
    • Experience with software development, relational databases, SQL, and server-side applications.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

2. Field Officer

Are you a passionate advocate for education with a strong grounding in development studies or social sciences? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and possess excellent interpersonal skills? If this describes you, then the Field Officer role could be your ideal career path.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Collecting and analyzing data related to project activities.
    • Monitoring project implementation in the field.
    • Building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Contributing to project reports and proposals.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Development Studies, Business Administration, Public Policy, Social Policy, Economics, Public Administration, or a relevant field from a recognized university.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 8 years of verifiable experience in public or private sector organizations, preferably in education or early childhood education (ECE).
    • Experience in project implementation and monitoring & evaluation.
    • Strong communication, teamwork, and human resource management skills.

3. Receptionist

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy providing exceptional customer service? If so, the Receptionist position could be a great fit for you!

  • Responsibilities:
    • Greeting visitors and answering phone calls professionally.
    • Managing the reception area and maintaining a welcoming environment.
    • Providing administrative support to PMIU-PESRP staff.
    • Performing other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree (14 years of education) or equivalent in any field from a recognized university.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist role within the public or private sector.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
