We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Support Services Agent to join our remote team (UAE Client). As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients. You will handle a wide range of inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to clients via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.
- Accurately document and track customer interactions and resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support teams as needed.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
- Adhere to service level agreements and key performance indicators.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Arabic.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using customer support ticketing systems.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience with remote support tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
