Support Services Agent (Remote, UAE)

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Support Services Agent to join our remote team (UAE Client). As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients. You will handle a wide range of inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to clients via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.
  • Accurately document and track customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support teams as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
  • Adhere to service level agreements and key performance indicators.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Arabic.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using customer support ticketing systems.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
  • Experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with remote support tools and technologies.
  • Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive and empathetic attitude.
