We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate SEO Manager to lead our organic search efforts. As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies to improve our online visibility, drive organic traffic, and enhance brand authority. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to ensure alignment and execution of SEO best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development and Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-traffic, high-intent keywords.
- Analyze website performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities and track progress.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
- On-Page Optimization:
- Optimize website content, including titles, meta descriptions, headers, and body copy.
- Ensure website structure and navigation are SEO-friendly.
- Implement schema markup to enhance search engine visibility.
- Optimize website loading speed and mobile-friendliness.
- Off-Page Optimization:
- Build high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.
- Develop and execute effective link-building strategies, including outreach and guest posting.
- Monitor and manage online reputation and brand mentions.
- Technical SEO:
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, such as broken links, duplicate content, and crawl errors.
- Work closely with development teams to implement technical SEO recommendations.
- Monitor website indexing and crawling.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates.
- Generate regular reports on SEO performance and key metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of the website.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and algorithms.
- Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
