As the Remote Total Rewards & Compensation Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping Employ’s employee experience. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive compensation programs that support the company’s strategic goals. This includes designing competitive base salaries, incentive plans, and recognition programs that keep Employ at the forefront of attracting and retaining top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a forward-thinking total rewards strategy, including compensation and recognition programs.
  • Develop and administer base salary structures, incentive plans, and executive compensation programs.
  • Conduct regular market analyses to ensure competitive compensation offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and company policies.
  • Develop communication strategies to educate employees about the total rewards package.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and partners, optimizing service delivery.
  • Oversee the total rewards budget for maximum ROI.
  • Utilize data and analytics to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion through equitable compensation practices.
  • Lead change management initiatives for new compensation programs.
  • Promote professional growth and development within the team.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in compensation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Relevant certifications like CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) are a plus.
  • Prior experience in SaaS and Private Equity with an understanding of their unique compensation needs.
  • Strong skills in HRIS systems (ADP) and compensation analysis tools (Radford, Pave) preferred.
