As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, you’ll connect with potential clients, introduce them to Tidio’s powerful solutions, and schedule demos for our sales team.
What you’ll do:
- Generate leads through targeted outreach (calls and emails)
- Qualify prospects and uncover their needs
- Manage your sales pipeline and track key metrics
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
What you’ll need:
- 2+ years of outbound SDR/BDR experience (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Native-level English
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools
