In this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying leads to closing new clients. You’ll leverage inbound leads and conduct online demos to showcase the power of HubSpot’s software suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with potential customers in Brazil
  • Become an expert at identifying customer challenges solvable by HubSpot’s inbound marketing strategies
  • Consistently exceed sales quotas
  • Champion the HubSpot brand and its solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategies
  • Contribute your ideas and expertise to advance HubSpot’s values and vision

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Colombia (relocation assistance available)
  • 2-7+ years of sales experience, preferably in web technologies or innovative online products
  • Proven ability to prospect in a high-volume environment
  • Experience conducting discovery calls and demonstrating value propositions
  • Track record of success within a high-performing sales team
  • Startup experience a plus
  • Strong focus on achieving goals
  • Ability to champion departmental vision
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Powerful work ethic
  • Enthusiasm, passion, humor, compassion, and tons of energy
  • Excellent communication and closing skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Google Apps, and Salesforce.com
