HR Executive/Manager (UAE)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive/Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in overseeing and managing various HR functions for our UAE operations. As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing significantly to the organization’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent in the UAE market.
    • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and qualifications.
    • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial sourcing to onboarding.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
  • Employee Onboarding:
    • Create and execute a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
    • Conduct orientation sessions, introduce new employees to the company culture, and assign mentors.
    • Manage necessary paperwork and documentation related to onboarding.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
    • Conduct regular employee engagement activities and surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and morale.
    • Implement employee recognition programs to reward and motivate staff.
  • Performance Management:
    • Develop and implement performance management systems, including performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews with employees to provide constructive feedback and identify areas for improvement.
    • Monitor employee performance metrics and identify trends.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Manage the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus plans, and insurance benefits.
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
    • Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking exercises to maintain competitive compensation packages.
  • HR Policies and Procedures:
    • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with company guidelines and local regulations.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    • Provide HR guidance and advice to employees and managers.
  • HR Operations:
    • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, time and attendance, and payroll.
    • Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data and generate reports.
    • Manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including data privacy and security.
    • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate HR-related risks.
    • Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in remote work environments is preferred.
