About the Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading teams, collaborating with product owners, and tackling complex technical challenges. You’ll be involved in all aspects of the development process, from estimating and planning projects to writing clean, maintainable code.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help with project scoping, estimating, and technical architecture planning.
- Communicate directly with clients to ensure project alignment with budget and timeline.
- Lead and contribute to project development.
- Review code and mentor junior team members.
- Manage workflow effectively and deliver high-quality work.
Essential Skills:
- Extensive experience with backend development languages like Ruby on Rails, Elixir Phoenix, or Node.js frameworks.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React + Next.js, Vue, or Svelte) and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of SQL, databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, or SQLite), and web protocols (HTTP, Status Codes, Security Standards).
- Experience with API Design (REST, GraphQL), authentication (JWTs, OAuth 2.0), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Production experience with PaaS providers (Heroku, Render, Cloud66, Vercel, or Gigalixir).
