We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive/Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in overseeing and managing various HR functions for our UAE operations. As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing significantly to the organization’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent in the UAE market.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and qualifications.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
- Employee Onboarding:
- Create and execute a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Conduct orientation sessions, introduce new employees to the company culture, and assign mentors.
- Manage necessary paperwork and documentation related to onboarding.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular employee engagement activities and surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and morale.
- Implement employee recognition programs to reward and motivate staff.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems, including performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with employees to provide constructive feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor employee performance metrics and identify trends.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus plans, and insurance benefits.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking exercises to maintain competitive compensation packages.
- HR Policies and Procedures:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with company guidelines and local regulations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Provide HR guidance and advice to employees and managers.
- HR Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, time and attendance, and payroll.
- Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data and generate reports.
- Manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including data privacy and security.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate HR-related risks.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in remote work environments is preferred.
