Driversnote, a fast-growing SaaS company, is seeking a remote Customer Support & Success Specialist to join their team and empower customers in Australia and early European time zones.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer support via email, phone, and chat.
- Assist new and existing customers with using Driversnote to their full potential.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and drive solutions.
- Provide product demos and onboarding for larger B2B customers.
- Collaborate with product teams to improve user experience and address customer feedback.
- Help B2B customers get started with Driversnote and navigate the purchasing process.
You are a great fit if you have:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support.
- Experience with sales or customer success is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
- Comfort working remotely and using communication tools like Slack.
- Basic understanding of software troubleshooting.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a patient, positive attitude.
