Driversnote, a fast-growing SaaS company, is seeking a remote Customer Support & Success Specialist to join their team and empower customers in Australia and early European time zones.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer support via email, phone, and chat.
  • Assist new and existing customers with using Driversnote to their full potential.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and drive solutions.
  • Provide product demos and onboarding for larger B2B customers.
  • Collaborate with product teams to improve user experience and address customer feedback.
  • Help B2B customers get started with Driversnote and navigate the purchasing process.

You are a great fit if you have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support.
  • Experience with sales or customer success is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  • Comfort working remotely and using communication tools like Slack.
  • Basic understanding of software troubleshooting.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a patient, positive attitude.
