What You’ll Do

As a Vendor Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of Coinbase’s BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) network. Your responsibilities will include:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with third-party vendors in the compliance domain.
Overseeing vendor performance and ensuring adherence to contractual agreements and service level agreements (SLAs).
Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with vendor relationships.
Developing and implementing strategies to improve vendor performance and drive operational excellence.
Generating reports and insights to keep stakeholders informed of vendor performance and compliance status.

Are You a Perfect Match?

Coinbase is looking for someone with a proven track record in vendor management, preferably within the BPO industry. You’ll also need a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the compliance domain, with a deep understanding of relevant regulations like GDPR and AML/KYC.
