We are seeking an accomplished Program Management Leader to spearhead high-impact, enterprise-level initiatives within our Claims organization. This senior role demands strategic vision, exceptional leadership, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics to deliver transformative results.

Your Mission: Drive Enterprise Transformation Through Strategic Program Leadership

As a Senior Program Management Consultant, you will own and direct multiple strategic programs of critical importance to Allstate’s Claims operations. You’ll serve as the central figure guiding complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception through execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Program Leadership: Direct and oversee the complete lifecycle of multiple high-complexity programs with significant organizational span, business impact, and interdependencies

• Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: Masterfully engage executive stakeholders in risk identification and mitigation strategies, achieving results through leadership and influence rather than formal authority

• Governance Excellence: Represent program objectives and progress in all governance forums, ensuring strategic alignment and executive visibility

• Complex Problem-Solving: Customize innovative solutions for enterprise-level challenges, balancing multiple considerations and stakeholder requirements

• Team Leadership & Motivation: Inspire and guide project teams through complex challenges, constructively evaluating performance while fostering a culture of achievement

• Executive Communication: Deliver clear, concise communications on complex programs to diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-suite executives

• Strategic Execution: Drive program success factors and ensure business requirements are met through disciplined oversight and adaptive leadership

• Proven track record of independently leading enterprise-level programs with high complexity, risk, and organizational impact

• Exceptional leadership and influence skills with the ability to drive outcomes without direct authority

• Expertise in stakeholder management and executive communication, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities for enterprise-level challenges

• Experience managing programs with significant cross-functional dependencies and organizational span

• Ability to motivate teams and drive achievement in complex, ambiguous environments

• Comfort with travel requirements for key meetings and collaboration sessions
