The Role: Data-Driven Product Innovation

We’re seeking an experienced Growth Engineer to drive our platform’s evolution through data-informed experimentation and rapid iteration. This unique role combines full-stack engineering expertise with growth mindset, focusing on optimizing user activation, retention, and monetization. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the user experience and directly impacting our business metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement A/B tests and experiments to optimize user funnels and conversion rates

• Identify and resolve friction points in the user journey through data analysis and user behavior tracking

• Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to develop and test growth hypotheses

• Own the complete experiment lifecycle: ideation, development, deployment, measurement, and iteration

• Enhance existing features to improve user engagement and platform stickiness

• Contribute to engineering best practices while maintaining focus on measurable business outcomes

• Participate in agile development processes including daily standups and sprint planning

Technical Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional Ruby on Rails development experience

• Strong full-stack capabilities including JavaScript, Stimulus.js, CSS, and SQL

• Proven experience with RSpec, Docker, and Unix shell environments

• Demonstrable background in growth engineering, A/B testing, and funnel optimization

• Experience analyzing user data to drive product decisions and improvements

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

• Fluent English communication skills for effective remote collaboration
