Key Responsibilities
AI Product Development
- Design and implement AI-powered features that enhance educational experiences
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and content teams to build scalable solutions
- Integrate generative AI into product workflows with a focus on quality and consistency
Model Optimization & Evaluation
- Develop test datasets and evaluation frameworks for AI outputs
- Improve model performance through experimentation, prompt engineering, and architecture design
- Monitor and maintain output quality using data-driven approaches
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze user interactions and model performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Use data insights to inform product and AI strategy decisions
Technical Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Contribute to documentation, best practices, and AI development standards
Requirements / Skills
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or related fields
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, or NLP applications
- Strong knowledge of generative AI techniques (prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, tool usage)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Go
- Experience with data analysis and performance optimization
- Strong understanding of large language models and their applications
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in education technology or learning systems
- Knowledge of curriculum design or learning science
- Familiarity with ethical AI practices and bias mitigation
