NexRep, a leading contact center solutions provider, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Work-From-Home Schedule Adherence Specialist to join their team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Ensuring Smooth Operations: Monitor and report on agent schedule adherence in real-time to maintain optimal staffing levels and minimize wait times.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Identify agents who deviate from schedules and guide them back on track, ensuring smooth contact flow and efficient operations.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Generate reports for Operations and Workforce Management teams, providing insights to make informed staffing and scheduling decisions.
- Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate with Operations to enforce schedule adherence and contact time targets, fostering a successful team environment.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contact center workforce management or operations support
- Strong knowledge of workforce management tools (Five9, Serenova, Shiftboard, etc.)
- Proficient in spreadsheets (MS Excel, Google Sheets)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and monitor multiple data streams
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
