In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring Smooth Operations: Monitor and report on agent schedule adherence in real-time to maintain optimal staffing levels and minimize wait times.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Identify agents who deviate from schedules and guide them back on track, ensuring smooth contact flow and efficient operations.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Generate reports for Operations and Workforce Management teams, providing insights to make informed staffing and scheduling decisions.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in contact center workforce management or operations support
  • Strong knowledge of workforce management tools (Five9, Serenova, Shiftboard, etc.)
  • Proficient in spreadsheets (MS Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task and monitor multiple data streams
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
