We are seeking an analytical and fluent English-speaking IT Business Analyst / Tester to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the full lifecycle of complex web applications for e-Government, from analyzing business requirements and writing specifications to conducting testing and providing user support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in client meetings, analyze business needs, and prepare detailed documentation including functional/non-functional specifications (Use Cases) and reports.

  • Participate in testing activities for web applications, ensuring they meet defined requirements and quality standards.

  • Assist in training, user support, and project management coordination and reporting.

  • Work within project teams using excellent English to communicate with clients and colleagues across Europe.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.

  • Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory).

  • Analytical thinking with strong presentation and collaboration skills.

  • Familiarity with the web application development lifecycle (requirements elaboration, testing phases).

  • Good knowledge of the MS Office suite.

  • Understanding of XML, SQL, HTML, and CSS is a significant asset.
