We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to play a key role in the implementation and migration of Rework processes to DomaniRx, our new, advanced pharmacy claims processing platform. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your knowledge of pharmacy claims within a massive, real-world systems migration that impacts millions of transactions.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business partners to implement, migrate, and validate Rework processes on the new DomaniRx pharmacy claims platform.

Utilize tools like Jira and QTest to track, analyze, and resolve defects, ensuring system integrity and a smooth transition.

Create, validate, and execute detailed test cases to ensure all migrated functionality meets business requirements and data integrity standards.

Serve as the Rework subject matter expert, working with other workstreams (like Pre-Adjudication) to ensure a cohesive and successful platform implementation.

Identify opportunities to enhance Rework operations for increased efficiency and productivity on the new platform.

Apply a basic understanding of SQLÂ and data principles to validate test results, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate claims processing logic.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2+ years of direct experience in pharmacy claims processing and operations, preferably within the SS&C ecosystem or a similar PBM/healthcare claims environment.

Strong understanding of Rework Operations and its critical role in the end-to-end claims adjudication cycle.

Hands-on experience with defect tracking and resolution using industry tools (e.g., Jira, QTest).

Basic understanding of SQLÂ or a comparable data query/manipulation tool.

Ability to dissect complex system issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.

Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with technical teams, business partners, and stakeholders in a fully remote setting.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing shifting priorities and deadlines associated with a major platform migration.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Prior experience with the DomaniRx platform or similar pharmacy claims processing systems.

Advanced SQL skills and experience with data analysis/reporting tools like Microsoft Power BI.
